Deer Trapping for Newbie Hunters (Not Newbie Hearthlings!)

It's quite a simple process, although I must implore that you bring Leather Armour (at least) and be able to sling enough damage to make the deer retreat (ie, I did 34, and it began to run) and have the Oaken Stance, Dash, Knock His Teeth Out and Flex. Being able to do 50+ damage a punch is helpful,...

I can easily find my place from the second zoom-in, because a neighbour of mine has settled a (packed!) settlement into the middle of a mudflat. Stands out big time - look for something similar. Double FEP Event?

So, whilst munching through Roasted Bear Meat (Need to fix up my MMG at some point...) and Brodgar Blue Cheese, I've noticed two or three times that I've received +2 STR instead of just the +1, once my FEP Bar fills. What's this all about?

A russian fellow I bumped into on my travels is far too nice for his own good! He gave me a Metal Meat Grinder, His only bull and Cow, and some other goodies. He wouldn't accept anything for them.

Not that I had anything trade, though, heh. Nice guy, though.
