Brodgar is a good place to start. You get a plot in the city for free, to build anything on. Be creative. You have tons of neighbours who are probably willing to help, and many rangers who will help the city out.

Another great trade. Butchered 2 deer for me for free because I softcap them, borrowed me 2 chests to get loot back home, waited through every delay I created.
