... hunting them. Make them flee approaching horses. But give us (single hermits) ways to hunt them in a reasonable way, without the need to resort to trapping them on cliffs. Horse is a resonable way to hunt them as hermit... i don't get it

But you can make nice tracking(like with scent of crimes), bleeding until death, and prepaired hiden attacks(high dmg/instant kill) with bait. and maybe active trapping.

pretty sure these bugs arent fixed pali killing works real well still and you can do cliff hunting by trapping them in big cliffs and fighting from the other side of the cliff with a stick stockpile or something between you and they cant hit you through it if done right, ...
