Aggression outside Clockwork City

I was wandering in my neighborhood when I reached clockwork city, where I met a stange guy who attacked me. It was my first fight, so I could do almost nothing, except falling down and listening to him saying to give him my stuff so he would have stopped fighting. Fortunately he was not very strong and I managed to escape in a moment of distraction.
Now, is there someone who could take off this scum? I really don't feel comfortable with such people around... What will be of our children in this kind of world?

I have not much to give in exchange, just come beetroots (8 crates actually) q20-25... which I know sucks

oh yes, I almost forgot that he added me as a kin and I accepted, was that a good idea? should it be useful to find him?

Punisher is the name and he seemed to be Russian (he first wrote in Cyrillic so I suppose it was Russian and then a very little English)

i think New players can spawn by the charter stone (when creating their starting location) ; sooo.. he is either griefing/killing new players on a large scale; or might be in recruiting slaves ^-^ or maybe all of those things together to a different degree..
