Try turning on Criminal Acts and seeing if it works. You MIGHT leave a scent which COULD get you killed, but if it works youl'l get free assuming you have enough STR.

I actually have the key to the gate, but ofc not the privileges to open it hahah
Hmmm I'm living in China for a year so the timezone difference might be difficult. I believe the time is exactly opposite of eastern US time (1:32PM US eastern=1:32AM Chinese) so mabe something like 9am or 9pm my time would be best? Probably on a weekend since I have work and other things during the week.
Also, I unclaimed my farm (right next to the village) so you can mess around in there if you want.. some of the stuff is q70+ if i remember correctly but I think replanting it messes up the quality if your farming is low.
but if you dont mind I'd actually like to join the village hahah, of course if you dont want me to thats totally fine as well
