He didnt say it was on a P.claim.

But if idol was on a Pclaim (That he has no vandel acess to) then, yes you would need to Crim Acts (and Vandel skill) on to destroy it or anything in the claim.

so for just starting to play this game we are stuck with people who have been playing for ages being stupid. great way to get people to play the game.
