We have done this on second map as well (on the first map we only were 4 people and you could build mines everywhere), but we have taken it to a whole new level this time. The word "empire" sarge is using describes the plans pretty good, except that there will never be enough people in our towns to actually justify the term.

Yeah, agreed, that's one reason why I have it in inverted commas, the other reason is not to come accross cocky, Empire is a very big statement and we're certainly not that. Since the model seems to be quite a popular one, maybe someone will come up with a more accurate term we can adopt.

Ungrimm, if you envy us, why don't you try the same? Wander into the open wilds, preferably with 2 noob toons on your tail and hunt down mines all on your own. Then set up a whole new community with even more noobs, post a few pics, and then we can discuss non-existant favoritism. Other than that, STFU.

to be honest i think every major faction has been doing this.

its also a good way to counter land grabs

I recall somebody once proposed (maybe it was even you ^^) to have something like satellite towns. Would make more sense than spamming idols imo.

I still do not know what favoritism you speak of ....... and i personally have claim over an iron, tin and copper mine as well as the village i belong to having another Iron mine, so me having envy for you is a joke. But on a real note, having to carry sarge and companies skeletons back to our village is going to be a pain in the ass... maybe we will just take a few.
