I know I'm posting a little late, but I think it may be due to the fact that the Korean and Russian communities generally hate each other.

Also, I think much of the English-speaking community still doesn't trust Russian players due to the language barrier and a lot of people still believe that all Russians are bad. Even Russians believe Russians are bad.

I would like to learn Russian, but it's hard cos its completely different.

I am learning it. Cyrillic I mean, Its not too hard, but you have to learn the letters as well as how to say the words. I haven't got far in my "lessons" though because Im too busy working and playing this game...
