Ok, I should have qualified my statement with: "militant members who I was trying to kill."

burgingham wrote:Well glad to hear that, I would go even further and propose to you to join us, since almost all of your old Xanadu buddies are here anyway.

Thanks, but I'm already a part of a village. The only Xanadu person you got was Cut_lass, though she is a great person to have.

Hehe, I am just reading this (only skimming the bullshit in the middle). Hey, if you guys are peaceful, then I won't fight you (not that my char is in any condition to wage a war right now :) ) .

By the way, hat's off to Hermedicus, the only Wayneville person I never got to kill (through a combination of luck and sheer toughness).

Thanks :-) it was close but i managed to be online at the perfect time to defend myself :D

The first week is past. It was an amazing time of hard work, bloody hands and many insults. However the most work is done now, thus we decided to give you an insight about our city. You will notice the first days are sloppy done, that is because we didn't plan this right there, it came to my mind at the fourth day to do so. Enjoy

Very Nice mate, Looks like you guys are growing pretty well to. Did you use our example of Plots to help build yours, or have you always built like that. Grats on finding the Mine too. New Brodgar is a city that will be staying in place I believe, so we won't be packing it up to move any time soon. Besides if we grow as much as we hope to, we could easily take over a regional map. Or more...

What kinda metal is it, care to set up a Trading Link between you and New Brodgar sometime soon???

Yes we do, feel free to contact me or any of the posted members, though you will most likely be referred back to me, birg or warri (Being as we have the most trade experience).

Our current desires are for cave bulbs and linen. We can offer metals, metal products, tamed animals, and many other things.

I should advise that, i personally, can be strongly negotiated with for bulk trades once we establish methods. You should organize your people to submit a cooperative trade so that you may all recieve the largest discount possible by trading all your goods at once. I've been known to procide up to %50 discounts for some very large trades. Currently Quoates on available quality cannot be made but aq metals are available upon demand given short notice. Steel may require a longer notice and is only produced on demand. In a couple of weeks that situation will change and aq steel should be readily available in any desired quantities.

Our layout was done ten days before the reset.

Whoah fuck. You guys are real ants.
Probably one of the many reasons I like visiting your town (even though I risk instant death everytime).
I want to be part of a group like that on the next map reset. Town-building is kickass.

Plus old WV looked very similar regarding the layout. I even believe that I mentioned somewhere in the Brodgar thread for you to consider our design for new Brodgar, so the mistakes from the old map could be avoided.
