I believe they are Korean or something close to that by the looks of the signs in the area.
I traveled there and there had to be at least 20+ of them living in the area. I was gonna try to talk to them...
but one threw on a bear cape and ran and got in a boat after me... I believe... so I pussied out and traveled to my hearthfire.
I'm just trying to find someone close by to trade with. If you are from the area you should message me or something.

No, srsly, just looking at the map, I'd say they haven't been playing long at all, take the link away before someone with bad intentions decides to destroy their noob-town.

Bear capes dont mean they are going to attack you. They have a nice STR buff thats good for stabbing stuff.
