Also we got new need. We need to build 33x33 sector for newcomer who don't have time but can pay in iron.

So you need to lay stone at sector 33x33.
Then make 1825 bricks. Transport them from 6 nearby clay spots to city, and build a wall by markers made... leaving last 75 in gate unfinished for owner to come and finish gate.
Also build stone mansion and dig a cellar.
We provide iron for walls and steel for gate for this project.

I edited our available items to reflect more accurately what we are offering. We currently need approximately 40 wrought iron and 5 steel. Quality doesn't matter. If there is something else you want let me know and I'll see if I can get the sudden influx of new villagers to focus on that for you.
