Just go to the far outer grids where laws don't apply and where there's an average population of 10 per supergrid.

we have a cave wicked close 2 our place and im buying rustroot and as much as i can find

And nobody is coming in since I messed up on the palisade :D

Funny part is that it's only 20 minutes from nople.

cave mines aren't very wanted. unless of coarse it's a precious metal. But, still even then, I wouldn't use one much at all.

Well I've finally chopped down the part of the palisade. The cave is massive and I guess you can't say I 'found' it because it was already an established mining town, a huge one for that. The Palisade, although over 3/4 rotten stretched at least 1000 spaces in every direction, yet there wasn't a single house. I guess the people who lived there died a year ago when they ran out of food (There was literally no crops planted. Not joking)

And forgot to plant crops? BS. There was no pavement in the settlement either. I mean, they could have planted grass over all their pavement, but really?
