Bierwurst is actually not even great.
Those preferred there are what's preferred for 'village trades' trades you'd make with ewlol for example.

I do however do personal trades, and the following are my preferred foods:

Ring of Brodgar (doughnut) - 2x listed price
Delicious Deer Dog (q70+) - 2x listed price
Jorbonzola (q60+) - 2x listed price
