It is located in the peaceful outer grids, away from the speeding wagons, muggers, thugs, and general hussle and bustle of the densely populated central grids. The hunting grounds are phenominal, Mordor for miles around. Very close to a river with very convenient waterways splitting off in many directions close by. The area is minimally explored still and who knows what other treasures this secluded area has in store for you.

The asking price is negotiable and I will consider offers in foodstuffs. I am not interested in raw, roasted or unprocessed foods. Neither do I want any foods that contain strength FEP's. Minimum quality of q25 (not average, per item). Any other food offers welcome.

Delivery of minimum 75% of agreed price at Constantinople prior to handover of the deed and maximum 25% to be delivered within 1(one) irl week post handover.

what general direction is it? NW or soemthing from center of the world? would be intersted to bid if its not opposite side of the world ^^

Just one quick question, though. Without disclosing too much information about the soil/our city's location, I should be able to reach it with 150 AGI if we live anywhere in the southern half of the map? We can discuss this more over PM if necessary, but we sort of have a policy forbidding the discussion of our exact location in public.
