Village claim

Hello people. I finally have a palisade up, a big farm etc. Now i want to set up a village claim to recruit people to make this place bigger. But it would be good to have a village claim up for that so that i own a big piece of land, can place banners + crossroads etc. So i would appreciate it if i could trade for beer teeth and deer antlers. I live close to altdrhof or something and i heard that place is close to lost caverns.
