Plot/Village claim for sale

I am moving to another village and am selling my plot and village claim.

My plot contains:
A stone mansion
4 log cabins
a timber house (and one under construction)
a full silkiery (cb's, 4 tables, loom, metal cauldron)
2 ore smelters
finery forger/alloying crucible
3 steel crucibles
anvil
churn
kiln
chicken coop
a few trees growing
cave access (for cheese making)
carefully planned fields
1 and a half ovens
cattle pen
Pallisade
Stocked with many supplies
And much much more!!

Also, there are seeds to all plants (most of them planted) and some of the wheat is ql ~60 and the carrots are ql 60-70. There is also another plot (you'll have to remove the claim when you have enough authority) on the vclaim, and we have started a brickwall.

Pm me for more information/to make offer. First person with a decent offer wins. No outbidding. Or if no one claims it soon, it will just decay into nothingness, which would be a shame, because it's a nice little place for a village.

There is a mine very close by, but it is not under our possession. You could very easily sneak in, or you could propose trade with some of the villages/players nearby. However, there are already several metal supplies on site. A cauldron, scythe and shovel at least, maybe some others.
