WTB heath or grassland

I'm looking for a sign to an XR leading to a hugeass grassland. Should be somewhere within the 5x5 grids if possible but doesn't have to be. Willing to pay in stuff that might especially appeal to less developed villages. Only thing I ask that this area should not be hunted by anyone but me. Before I accept an offer, I will take a look at a map (or Mqrius coordinate) of the heath/grassland in question to check if it suits my needs.

Sodom grasslands suck. There's never an animal when I go there. I've fucking given up hunting there.
