Safe Trading Village + Forage Goods

My settlement would be interested in trading, but we are unsure as to who would be safe to do so with. Our only items of interest would probably be forageable goods (ql10+) as well as perhaps clay (10+) (or anything else you could think of).

So, my question is two-fold: Who would be interested in trading and which would be considered safe villages to trade with? Viable villages would be Deephold, Rome, Seventh Haven, New Brodgar, A.D., Angkor, and any other smaller villages or settlements.

Deephold was taken over by AD I think, Rome is part of Sodom, Seventh Haven is abandoned/noobs/dead, New Brodgar is abandoned, AD is decent for trade, Angkor is decent aswell, and you missed probably the biggest traders Sodom, who I've never heard anyone complain about customer service trading wise.

All of HRE belongs to Sodom, including: Rome, Deephold, Vienna (now Anorexina or some shit)

Seventh Haven - No idea
New Brodgar - Dead afaik
A.D. - I'm sure one of them will come post here
Angkor - Never had problems but haven't traded with them often either

Others:
Buyan/Bottle Neck - Never had problems with, recommended.

I just went through the area recently, Seventh Haven is a ghost town, there's no one left.

New Brodgar appears to have one person repairing houses, but the rest is completely empty.

The entire city of Deephold now has Xymop village banners all over it.

The last active member of Rome moved to Sodom.

Silent Hill (Also near you) appears to have died out and some hermit is living in the ruins.

The only cities of any note near you then are Xymop, A.D. and this city who's name I forget http://havenmap.student.utwente.nl/?x=8 ... uiet=false

Don't really know anything about their trades, but A.D. is usually safe or so I hear.

I have traded with Angkor once, no problems at all. Also, I use their marketplace's crossroad all the time, never got attacked there.

I'd like to mention that I never listed Buyan or Sodom because I wouldn't bet trading with them would be worth the travel time.

I've seen a massive amount of villages and other settlements in ruins with Xymop banners in the middle along with people in various languages cursing their attackers and/or Russians with Russian responses nearby. I can only assume that these attacks and/or take-overs were staged by Xymop so I hesitate to trade with them, especially since the best person we have in our group was murdered yesterday.
