You mean a forum post? You have to host an image somewhere then link it in your post with [ IMG ] [ /IMG ] tags.

Upload the image to, say, imgur, or puush.
Find the direct address to that image.
Click this:

And paste the direct link to the image between the two blocks of code.

you dont HAVE to click that btw, most forums(including this one) allow you to just write [img]urlofyourimage[/img]

all the button does here is write the for you.
