I am arguing that the law is wrong. But I never argued for US law. I simply stated that modern IP laws ultimately do not hold up to the law of the land here in the USA (the Constitution.) I think you are misunderstanding me. It was not my intention to contest the interpretation of the law. The only argument I originally tried to make is why I think it is wrong, morally, and how "intellectual property" is really a state-enforced legal convention, not an extension of real ownership. Make sense?
