It's not a minute to minute account of how high the lag is, it's a benchmark. (It's showing the highest amount of lag since last server down.) The lag is spiking from time to time but it's not frozen.

No os upgrade can save if something in the code-server-client is wrong.
Just remember this, when you offer money.

Lag can't be solved with dollars.
