Honestly, I'm tired, it's 3:20am, and I didn't feel like writing it much longer then that. I get your point though and I apologize for it.

Just to clear this up, his first ban was upon his own request so I don't see a reason why I would enforce ban evasion bans here.

However, Mvpeh himself asked now to IP ban him so he isn't tempted anymore and that is what I just did.

I've also taken a look at at the skype chat you posted and it didn't really define that that he actually had a hand in it and is mostly from suspicion. It was partially his fault that he didn't monitor the person that was testing or performed it himself but there was no intended malice. The RMT thread was confirmed locked. The bot client isn't particularly a big secret.

Give me a moment to check something further.

Whatever I said, was said with malice, and the intent of revenge for my life. Notice I never followed through on a payment (i was delaying and just getting shit out of him honestly)

I may have accidentally ban evasioned though, I wasn't even aware the other account was banned, I posted that troll from work and logged in the other one some time, didnt even check thread.

Oh goodness, I apologize for being so careless. Now I know I'm going to get a lot of shit for this -- and perhaps it's entirely due, but I will be banning Realak and his alts along with a fresh ip ban. This has very little to do with this thread, actually. Tekneekz is on the banlist for perpetual bad behavior and endless violations of rules 2, 4, 5, and possibly 6.

Normally if posters have improved themselves since their ban and can act civil then it's water under the bridge. Tekneekz behavior has not improved in the slightest and this has net him a number of bans and warnings from me already. I sincerely apologize but I'll also be locking this thread given the nature it's spiraling into. Tempers flaring is perfectly fine and you shouldn't worry too much about that, but this thread has turned mostly into mudslinging and a few fairly close skirts of major rule violations already.

Any and all complaints can be sent my way in pms or into the moderation thread under announcements if you wish to have a public discussion of things.
