Loftar has already answered, if it were me and you kept nagging on about it i'd be more likely to make you wait than reset!
@ Teck - can't you go back to removing all the W7 inquiries? Maybe it will act as a deterent to ppl keep cluttering up all the threads with the same request over and over and over again.
