It would be just AWESOME if you're able to play on a singleplayer client, nobody to have stuff to steal from you, find as much things as you want

Maybe some extra ideas:
Random villages (some with a claim so you need the thieving skill to get stuff from it)
NPC's

(These aren't needed)

But if we had singleplayer... just play however you want! Get stuff easy without being stolen.
Take you time to build stuff, silly griefers.
Nobody will steal your forages/animals you see
