Death

Death is too harsh is this game you loose everything have to start over (most people wont do this more than 2 times then leave forever) the new char can not get xp from what the old char had discovered which is bad , this means its hard to learn a thing. It needs to be redone in this part if the new char really did Inherit from old char it should either be all xp learned (spent and unspent) or we get the skills, and we should be allowed to get the name of old char if we wish. otherwise if this game comes out of alpha names will become hard to come by Fast

I admit its not for everyone, I know a lot of people who play the game, Die... and then just quit, But obviously this game isn't for them. I wouldn't change it, Death is meant to be harsh, its a set back.
Also You don't loose EVERYTHING, If you die you can still continue to run your village/ settlement and to be honest my village is more important than my character.

Or just don't die? lol

this would pretty much mean that dying would result in no REAL setback - This would be like death with out the death part - and what would this game be with out death? (awaiting inevitable response)

Try losing your whole town multiple times. Dying will be nothing compared to seeing all your work poof in a few hours.

Names are unique to an account only. Solved that problem already.

If all you have in is a few days, you're not losing much. Heck, once you're two months in, you gain that much in less than a day.

UO? Darkfall? Certainly wouldn't be EVE. No internet spaceships here. Or are you referring to the Family Guy episode where death broke a bone and Peter had to take over his job?
Opinions expressed in this statement are the authors alone and in no way reflect on the game development values of the actual developers.

Get a load of this guy, GET A LOAD OF HIM! I MEAN IS THIS GUY FOR REAL? JESUS CHRIST!

Death would have no real Image

The point of weapons and armor under this presumptuous assumption? NONE. Why have them? If you can't get killed, the consequences are not real. My motivation to protect my cows from the pumpkin head bandits would be lost forever.

What you expecting eintien, back to the future? LOL
