Connection Problem?

Well when I try to log in, it Authenticates alright, but it says "Cannot connect to server" D: WHAT DO?

I even tried A) Restarting my computer
B) Re-Downloading the file.
C) Banging my head against the wall.
D) Passing out from such.

So... ;D Some help would be deeply appreciated.

The server IS crashed - so noone in whatever timezone can log in...
