Can not produce a tanning tub

I can not construct a tanning tub, the option does not show up :?

I have discovered boards, I have made a bucket and even filled it up with water, I have discovered rabbit fur (By hunting a rabbit and placing his rabbit fur on a drying rack so both fresh and dry), tree bark and everything that I could possibly need. I also have the leather working skill and animal husbandry skill but the option still does not show up.

Please help.

Are you using tree bark and not birch bark?

do you have carpentry? are you sure that you have leatherworking? having leatherworking in the craft menu does not necessarily mean that you have leatherworking. doublecheck your skill list.
