they should put more getting sick in the game like getting the flu
becuase there is no actual use for first aid the would put a whole
new meaning to first aid.
sometimes u have to die for a friend

Please put more thoughts into your ideas the next time you open a thread. How would sicknesses make for good and entertaining gameplay for example? I think it would mostly be tedious having to deal with such.
