Well that is very sad though a very common way to get into someone else's account and you can do just much. Though there is this rainbow table you can download that sure has a lot of possible passwords you can try out. But in most cases, where the user sees it fit to have a very complex password, he is pretty much safe even from the latest version of the rainbow table. But for anyone else, it is a steep climb.
