would be a pretty elaborate troll, hosting the page and putting it together, and all for someone's email, unless they're gonna send you the "salem client" as a file full of nasties. I guess you just gotta wait for some sort of confirmation, the salem forums always seem completely dead to me so i never know what to think

most beta sign ups work on the basis of, you sign up, then in a few weeks, we send a wave of invites, then after a week, another wave etc.
