Possesion rights

Ok, so say you are on a friends claim and you have trespassing rights but no theft rights and you leave something of yours on there claim or someone steals something of yours and you want it back without leaving a theft scent. My idea is possession rights If you make something and you have yeomanry(or an entirely new skill) you can claim that item in case it is ever stolen or left on another claim. I'm thinking maybe there is a skill that lets you posses stuff you want at the price of LP or when you craft or build something on your claim you own it .
