Well theirs only two water nodes Q80+ on the map so you will have to vandalize if you want water, no other way! Claim owners quit long ago I believe, even Dis vandalizes to get their water I believe.

Everyone vandalises water, since its in middle of the lake. And even if you buy yours, no one said it wont be scented already

Yeah I realize I could vandalize it myself but I was more interested in giving the node owner a chance to sell.
If he's gone and quit I guess it's available to all then.
