My boyfriend and I are leaving our partially established settlement to enjoy the nomadic lifestyle. We would like to leave the key for our quaint little homestead to either a noob or just a friendly player that could use a step up.

Size: Approximately 60x75 squares. Plenty of extra space within palisade to build things to your liking.
Location: Along the bottom center of the world map, naturally the exact location will only be revealed to the player wishing to move in.
Availability: Within 48 hours of this post.
Settlement includes: Complete palisade, animals, mini plots of each crop, all basic necessities and much more! - It is a perfect place to move into with a friend or two.
