Have to change 3 things for it to officially
be able to fall under the possibility of one
other person coming by and claiming it.

According to US law at least, dunno bout
elsewhere, but he only made one change.

though I agree with your statement, sadly, I believe curios are here to stay. but I believe in W7, there will be a fix to the "alt army" menance
