Well I asked if it was a problem, since I'm really mature for my age and I'm probably more mature than the most people here at the forums.

1. Most people think they're more mature than people their age; They're not in most cases.
2. Who knows? Maybe it's not matureness that's the issue. If it were, then they'd interview you or something. Maybe they have business in the black market,
or they're assassins recruited on the .onion interwebz. In any case, she said "no consideration", but since you're well 8 months into being 17, maybe she will take it into consideration.
