Giving a deer a carrot

So was exploring and i saw a deer i gave it a carrot it it healed itself( or me ). What those it do :| :roll:

Known feature, if not so well spread around. The deer will heal the feeder for an amount (not sure if quality has anything to do with it or not). Check the "Pro tips" thread stickied in this forum for more of these gems.

They just heal you based on their level.
