Thats totaly different, I was supposed to do it in biology too - but I couldn't, lol, I admit i'm a bit squeamish about the insides of bodies.
I used to live opposite a farm when I was younger so saw many horrible things, perhaps thats why.
We did get to hand feed, bottle, the baby lambs though who got rejected or whose mothers died, that was awesome - my dad told me years later we were just fattening them up for slaughter though.
