Holy Troughs Batman

I hope I'm not just a retard who hasn't figgured out how to do it yet, but an alternative method to filling food troughs, other than clicking each item from the inventory, and then into the trough would be a LIFE SAVER! (Not just for me, but for my relationship, and my cows, and sheep, and turkeys, and pigeons, and vultures, and ocelots, and bats, and breakfast cereals, and...) Even if it's a "right click the trough with the inventory open, <shift> + left click the items to go in the trough, even though I would ADORE a <shift> + Scroll feature.

I am not sure that I understand you well.. but.. have you tried holding SHIFT while right-clicking with food on trough? Same action as with planting or adding fuel.

This is confirmed to work...You have a type of food on your cursor and other items of food in your inventory, spam shift+right-click and all your food will be in the trough. The only bad part about this is that it will put in any kind of food item that can be put in, and you can't really select what you want to put in.

This is confirmed to work...You have a type of food on your cursor and other items of food in your inventory, spam shift+right-click and all your food will be in the trough. The only bad part about this is that it will put in any kind of food item that can be put in, and you can't really select what you want to put in.

Not quite, it will only select that particular type into the troughs (grape seed or carrots, not really both via select click). The exception is pumpkin seed and flesh are the same type (unconfirmed with carrot and carrot seed).

no,no. it put in the foodery every kind of food it can hold. if you have in your inventory differents types of seeds, it don't care. Are seeds so he put everything in. no selecting.

Actually yeah you're right flame. I just tested it now and it will go through all troughable item regardless of type.

This is how it works with anything you can shift click, if it can be placed inside, it will be, it doesn't descriminate, at all.
