Postby Bonnie » Fri Sep 10, 2010 10:22 am

Please PM DeBosh all applications :).

Ever wanted to mine and have cast/wrought iron and steel? Join now and you can become a Miner

Ever wanted to farm all the crops? We have them all, and a huge pile. (Drug farmer or Food farmer or Wheat farmer and Bee Keeper: Collect honey and wax from hives)

Other positions include:

Free-for-all: Do whatever

Hunter: Hunt all the animals, skin and dry the hides and butcher the animals and collect the bones too. Also crafts survival items

Fisher: Goes and fishes by the river or goes and explores and finds mussels

Chef: Bakes and cooks all the food for the village. This includes making sausages, cooked meat, seafood, cheese, alcohol, tea, baked goods, pancakes, eggs.

Smithy: Makes armour, weapons and tools

Stable Master: Looks after the animals, shears, milks, slaughters and improves the quality of each attribute

Carpenter: Chops trees down and stores the logs or store the blocks/boards in house signs. Also makes charcoal for mining

Clothier: Using the items left to you by the villagers; plant fibres, wool, silk filaments and other items to make lots of materials, clothes, guazes and other equipment

Silkier: Collects mulberry leaves and moths to make silk filaments

Potter: Digs heaps of clay from various nodes (ball clay and acre clay) and brings it back to the village to work with it. You make kilns, bricks and everything that requires bricks; walls, and constructions used for mining. You also use the kiln to make bone ash.

Herbalist/Tree Planter: Using cauldrons, herbalist tables and other tools. You make boneglue, rustroot extract, hardened leather, ink, boarsnuff, tobacco and other things. Also collect good quality soil, water and tree seeds to place on herbalist tables and plant more trees

Leather Maker: Fill tubs with dried hides, good quality bark and water

Mapper/Resource Finder/Forager: Explores the surrounding areas and beyond for clay, water, soil. You also collect forageable items; cavebulbs, caveclay, gray clay, feldspar, rustroot, blood stern, stinging nettle, spindly taproot, blueberries, chantrelles, apples, hazelnuts, inkweed, clovers etc.

Road Builder: Lays stone everywhere, also builds milestones

Special positions:

Hirdsmen: Perform what ever duties the Cheiftan asks of you and helps governs others

If you want to join, PM me with which job you want! The village is in the south. Everyone's welcome. All jobs aren't strict, so if you are unhappy ask to change. Basically we have some stuff set up already, but need your help to complete it. You also have to build your own house/wall inside or outside of our wall. Eventually you will have robes, sacks, packs, armour and weapons!

Bonnie's good people, I highly recommend joining any village run in Death's ever present shadow.

Edited - because that sounded sarcastic. Seriously, Bonnie is a great hearthling and I'd live there if I didn't have an asylum of my own to run.
