Looking for Villagers! New Village made

I just made a village yesterday, now I'm looking for people who want to join up. I've got plenty of space across the river from my location and vancant structures still remain for those who want to claim them.
I am working on getting a mine for my friend and 1 other village resident(also a friend) from some absent person that hasn't been on in what looks like nearly a month(according to the decay).

Postions:

Hunters (being able to kill larger animals is a prefrence, but we'll take anyone who can stone a fox to death)
Bakers/Cooks(we do have an oven, soon enough 2 when we get the needed materials)
Miners and Smiths(soon enough)
Explorers (let us know when there's something worth looking into, IE, an ABANDONED settlement with maybe a mine or goods that are of some worth)
Gatherers (Simply just gathering raw materials in the wild such as clay, sand, bones from dead animals, catching fish, etc.)

Requirements
- Be active at least once every 2 days(no jumping on and off in 10 seconds)
- Don't be a complete noob, we don't want to tell you how to do everything
- Contribute to the village, and respect the other villagers
- When you aren't needed at your job and go exploring or something, don't steal things, it's a world of pain for the rest of us.... unless they kill you (WARNED)
- Have some FUN once and a while, k ;D

I'll join. I'm experienced at this game, I can fight pretty well, I have good melee. I can protect you guys if you need it. I know just about everything to this game. I'd love to join you guys. Thanks

I can be a Ranger/Explorer/Cook/Gatherer/Hunter/Architect/Herbalist

I was playing near constantinople, and bunch of raiders came by and ransacked the whole shit.

I am a pretty darn good gatherer. previously i was a cook.

I was building palisade and i've done some good farming.

I even had silkmoth. so basically i know most basic mechanics of this game.

To be more specific, I'm no noob. just some guy that doesn't want to fight.

I make a lousy hunter and soldier, so i hope you don't expect anything like that from me.

I'm not a native speaker but as you can see, i can fully communicate in english.

What's your hearth secret? I've been trying to find that place as a good point of reference, and if I get someone to follow there that would be great.
Otherwise I'm a little lost on how to tell anyone where I am....
