You're generally a reasonable guy but I think the OP's non-discussion about the status of his mine ownership (while making it implied) is probably due to security concerns (which is probably why he's only recruiting noobs - He's a paranoid tin-pot dictator). You're jumping the gun on this guy. Give him a couple weeks, I promise you he generates his own drama in a whole new thread that one of his peons starts to complain about his fascist/abusive attitude. I mean...I don't personally know the guy..I've just seen this pattern at least a dozen times.
