Seems like you wasn't there for a long time. Dont know who decreed that HnH wiki must be only written in english. Walls of translation text (written by the efforts of people) were deleted - russian, italian, estonian. Every language but english. I dont see good sides in this decision - now not everyone can understand it, and there are now many more wiki-projects, that much poorer in info. That's just senseless.
The reason is that we weren't able to translate it therefore there were very little. The decision was initially made by me and Darkren because of the quality of the wiki and plans to fix it up.
Since then nothing has been able to be properly decided on things, some people like fullscreen infoboxes, some people like the little upper corner. The problem is properly listing information in that small box, there's too much of it.
I had a solution to multiple languages but it still requires separate wikis that are interlinked. This is all fine and dandy but it also requires people of the different languages to maintain their own. No one wants to scroll down a lot to see things in other languages, pages are huge, load times increased, the wikia is slow as all crap as it stands. Now, I know that this isn't the best solution and it can definitely be advised but until we have more people on the wikia Admin team that really can't be done, decisions being made by 2 people isn't enough but no one seems to want to step up and join despite the fact that many edits are being made.
