Hmmm considering the chieftain does not respond to any of the villagers, and lman plows roads all day, and other things, even though hes not suppose to be on, to help grow the village. I say hes a great leader, especially since he gives villagers supplied if they need them. Or how he helps people with killing animals that aren't actually necessary and yet, he's nice enough to help. So apparently you have no idea what you're talking about. Don't go off what a guy that all he does is troll says. Because all of the crap you're saying is bull. And if you don't know it first hand, don't repeat what a troll says. Also, if a noob does something, it doesn't mean the leader is bad, it means that you just need to slaughter the noob who's causing the problem. A leader cannot make someone good, he can only try to teach, lead, and help his villagers.

Dear Chiso,
I myself dont critisize Lman for not controlling his noobs, I critisize him for being a noob. Each flamewar there is on the forum he joins happily, he makes shitty comments everywhere and acts like a kid in general.
Also, plowing roads is a noobies work, and if thats all he can do for TT its a bit sad :)

This thread is not for chit chat, keep to the topic please or open a new thread. The more this thread is cluttered, the less likely someone will labour through it, messing up our chances to recruit good people.

a leader is also responsible for every action his people do, it takes a good leader to realize that and act on it, it takes a poor leader to simply blame it on the noob and get rid of him.

a leader is supposed to lead, not take credit for the good things and punish and blame others for the bad things.

(Edited for reasons) (Also, im done arguing, say what you want, it just makes you look like a troll.)

P.S. For Sarge: I'm liking TT and i just wish the chieftain would actually do something and help us so me and my bro could go over a spot to set up. Unfortunately lman isn't on long enough to really discuss it and our chieftain doesn't really do anything. From what i heard he's retiring. But other than that i like the land and im having fun at TT.

My only question is who is taking charge in Tinsel Town? Chimbley is never on and I believe he said he was retiring from his position because of his lack of playing time, and now Lman has been removed from office. Are we going to have to appoint new officials from within the towns small populous or are we bringing new leaders in?
If at first you don't succeed, well that's pretty much it for sky-diving.

We arent quite done yet discussing that, *my* ideal solution shall be voting for people out of TT.
