since we got people from "welcome in old buddy" to "who the heck are you?", we use the possibility of building up the mirror face as an opportunity to look after the people in terms of activity, behaviour and interaction with others, as well as reiliability, the usual "can we smell him" and some other points. so we didn´t give a certain trial time, but when we see the time is up, the people will become full members of Sodom.
