On page two of this thread says he said:

We have always been paranoid and although we have opened up our recruitment policy with this thread quite a bit, we are still going to check your applications. If some other member of Sodom tells me it would be a bad idea to recruit you, if your application sucks ("I want to join and some equipment too") or if we suspect you to just be an alt/spy account of someone that might cause trouble, I will not let you into Sodom. I might wrong some people with this and I apologize for that, but better be safe than sorry. I also won't bother to write everyone I do not accept a PM. Got too much too organize already to spend time on thorough explanations why you can't come over.

Sure, we will see how it plays out. Tho I doubt we will see the outcome of every one joining the same entity because of the world reset. Plenty of time to see next world tho I guess.

It is only 36 people that joined. And still, there are plenty of other villages. Many people want to stay independent. I think it won't be that bad.
