I have a chunk of great land with no one anywhere near and i have 4 cabins and 3 timber house and all of the land is paved. I have some plowed land where we planted our crops
high q soil and clay right next to a nearby a mountain and it is a 4 minute walk to the nearest river,But I've built a well
