Promising Village Opportunity

Welcome all, this village is perfect for people such as myself who get satisfaction from extending and building up a newly founded village. We are placed between two rivers, one on each side of us and have the Lost Caverns as a close neighbour and hope to start trading soon.
(No we don't have a mine, but we can trade for metals)

Farmers or raiders

We are a laid back village with fairly peaceful intentions and just hope to improve relations with nearby villages.

Requirements

No real requirements just preferences like it would be nice if you knew the basics of the game and if you made a new character it would be easier.
(The time zone of I think all the villagers at this moment are GMT +0 but we are accepting out of that)

What you will get

-Facilities you need for your job if we have the materials to make them
-Timber House
-Armour
-Bunny slippers
-A hat, most common are boar helmets and straw hats
-And if you join a early a big section of the village to own
