Looking for a well established village.

I'm just starting this game again and am looking for a fun group of people to play with. I'd like to find a village that is pretty well established with access to things like metal, great crops for farming, good hunting location, etc etc.

If you could use a new member in your village let me know, I'm willing to do pretty much anything that needs to be done in terms of grunt labor whether it be farming etc.

If interested, please give me an idea of what you guys have and what your village is sort of like.
