Lost Hills?

Hey guys/girls, I really need to know if there is someone out there, who lives in 'Lost Hills'. If so, what is your time zone, Im pretty sure someone still lives there. I think this because there is a massive claim around it, but when ever I yell out hello in both English and Russian, there is no response.
