My buds and i have build a decent sized Village, protected by natural cliffs and Palisades.
the Ville come with plenty of crops space, preplanted crops. the crops to the right of the village idol are q45-60ish and to the left of idol are q20-40ish. have all crops except tea and hops. (lots of hemp and flax planted)
there are 4 timberhouses, 2 with cellars, all with multiple cabinets. A stone cabin underconstruction (just needs straw and wood, big straw field planted beside it)
several log cabins that we have been using as "leather hut", "seed sorting", "fodder storage". 3 ovens, 1 kiln in town square, 2 kilns at boathouse on top of a clay node.
has about 12 or more chicken coops. come complete with a dozen sheep AND a dozen cows. A wagon, a premade boat house with crossroads and milestone leadint to it.
It's boat house is on fertile hunting grounds, so meat and leather are plentiful.
Whole place will even come with metal tools (scythe, pickaxe, shovel, metal cauldron, metal meat grinder anvil, smithy hammer and metal plow or 2). I'll even leave ya the nuggets and bronze bars so you can repair your damaged metal goods.
tThis location is ideal for a small to mid sized group of players. Some of the local resources available (not great, but decent) there is a partially completed wagon road leading to Q35 water. there is a Q 30ish clay node on it's river banks. There is an abandoned place nearby (with a claim on it, so criminal acts would be ness) that Q73ish soil could be found. Without criminal acts, Q30ish soil outside it's gates.
I's positioned between a nice grass land and whatever you call that yellow ground texture. So there are plenty if mutton and Auch's in the area for taming.
I'd like for a small group to move in and resume the operation of it rather than see it crumble.
If you are interested Please PM me.
If there are no legitimate replys and new occupants, the door will be left open Halloween night with the keys in a cabinet in one of the cupboards.
(oh, we're leaving it because we are giving up the semi-hermit life to become part of a larger community)
